New Altruists
The New Altruists are a major faction in Fallout: Emerald City. Headquartered at the Denny Triangle Arcology in central Seattle, they consider themselves to have an objective view of how best to reconstruct the Wasteland as quickly as possible and maximize humanity's 'species-potential.' Those who disagree with their logic are dismissed as unenlightened obstacles who are 'not gonna make it.'

Philosophy
Technology is a main focus of the New Altruists' vision of the future. What with humanity's limited resources, they seek to construct a central computing system that will calculate the most efficient way to utilize them.
People are generally viewed as either 'high-agentic' or 'low-agentic individuals,' and the New Altruists have no problem painting broad swathes of people as 'adverse communities' if they do not view them as contributing meaningful progress towards humanity's species-potential.
