Roscoe Bunk
Male | he/him | 44 | Seattle
Roscoe is a fixture in Seattle. An inveterate hustler from the NCR who went north after a scheme involving brahmin futures went south, he lives on his feet and makes his money the same way. He'll make a deal with anyone, a characteristic which has had a not insignificant effect on his popularity, though in which direction depends on the observer and the time of day.
Ennius and Lucy D'Angelo
Male | he/him | 11 | Skagit City
Female | she/her | 4 | Skagit City
Ennius and Lucy are the children of Rosana D'Angelo. Ennius is adopted, a boy she took along when she escaped from Legion captivity in the chaos following the Second Battle of Hoover Dam.
Pat Salazar
?? | he/him | ?? | Seattle?
Pat Salazar is the representative of Far Go Traders, one of the major merchant houses of the Hub in the NCR, on assignment to the Northwest in an attempt to make an investment deal. The Northwest represents a golden opportunity for those in New California with the capital to make the leap, and people in the Emerald Wasteland know it.
