Rosana D'Angelo

Rosana Maria D'Angelo is the deputy and current acting mayor of Skagit City.

Appearance

Rosana is 5'6, ginger with a pale, slightly freckly complexion. She's usually found wearing an olive green jacket, white blouse, and brown trousers. She has the bull-shaped brand of Caesar's Legion burned into the back of her neck. She carries a varmint rifle when on business out of town.

Biography

Born in Shady Sands, capital of the New California Republic, Rosana was a singer and entertainer until the age of 25. Travelling to New Vegas via the Long 15, she was in Nipton when Vulpes Inculta and a band of Legionaries sacked the town. Rosana drew a third-place winning lottery ticket and was thus enslaved instead of being crucified, the fate of the losers.
