Rosana Maria D'Angelo is the deputy and current acting mayor of Skagit City.

Appearance

Rosana is 5'6, ginger with a pale, slightly freckly complexion. She's usually found wearing an olive green jacket, white blouse, and brown trousers. She has the bull-shaped brand of Caesar's Legion burned into the back of her neck.
